The Rollup includes platform and disk cleanup updates and all improvements up until the present. The rollup contains all updates to the Windows 7 Service Pack 1, effectively making it a service pack 2. Alternativesįollowing the release of several platform updates to the Windows 7 SP1, a convenience rollup was released for new users that had not updated to SP1. Windows 7 Service Pack 1 also fixes bugs related to HDMI audio and printing XPS documents. SP1 adds support for Advanced Vector Extensions and improves IKEv2 by adding additional identification fields such as ‘E-mail ID.' The system update also adds support for Advanced Format 512e and additional Identity Federation Services.
